  • because I know no other way to love

I haven’t felt this way in 3 years.

I haven’t felt this happy, been on a high, been woozy in-love for 3 years.

Have you ever felt like every moment with that person you adore was meant to be? Every breath, every smile, every tear that falls from your eye, every fight, every sigh, every laugh was painstakingly written down to be experienced in what you call the present? Everything just falls into place, and you can just stare at the future with child-like wonder, anticipating what’s next.

Have you ever had a love that filled your being?

I don’t like the boring, simple, sane kind of love. I want passionate, all-consuming love, the kind of love to make me cry when I don’t have it, the kind of love you can’t live without and you don’t even want to think of living without, the kind of love that keeps me addicted – the kind of mad-love only a few people get to experience, and I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of that kind of love. ever.

Ven’s blog | To V or not to V…It’s inevitable for someone who works in Makati to ride an FX. Especially for someone who lives in Las Piñas, is too much of a lazy ass to drive, and lives off a salary that’s only good for buying a couple of nice shoes at Linea Italia (geez, how many ideas did that sentence have?! paging my english teacher).

Public Transport in the Philippines has evolved from the pile of woods hammered together, pulled by a disgruntled Carabao, to colorful jeepneys when the Americans left, tricycles, pedicabs and of course, my favorite, the not-so-humble FX.

3 things I like about riding an FX:

    1. It’s airconditioned.

Assuming the FX has aircon, it’s always a welcome respite from the city smog. Not to mention the salty, often stinky sea breeze along coastal road(how I survived a non-ac school bus in St. Scho for 4 years escapes me).

    2. It’s fast

If you need to be anywhere in the metro in an hour FLAT, ride the trusty FX and you’ll feel like you’re riding the Delorean – with matching Doc Brown as your driver! Back to the future! Watch as Mr. FX driver defies the scythe of death by darting in and out of lanes, in between buses, irate car owners, corrupt road officials to boot, just to get you there ON TIME. heh. Kudos to Mr. FX driver for letting me live.

    3. I get to meet new people

I’ve met new people on my way to work and back home. I’ve had two… boylets. A couple of potential boylets. A few girls, a few haters, and I got reacquainted with friends I lost touch with in the past few years of my self-imposed hibernation. Feels good to met new people – especially if they provide good conversation while waiting for FX #8, or when you’re sharing an umbrella and you have no choice but to talk it out.

My fx ride is always interesting – when I’m not woozy from lack of sleep. There’s always someone new to meet, something new to observe, some new experience to enjoy or to rant about. Although I don’t plan on commuting forever, I do plan to exploit every minute of my Fx Ride. And you? You get to read it in my FX Diary :)

thank you adpost.com for the tamaraw fx photo :)

All my friends are smart, caring, animal-loving HUMAN beings. HUMAN.

Sign this petition, and let’s make these animals feel we are truly human.

I’m signing this petition coz I know what it means to be human.

grabe hah. I think I’m turning japanese.

Just like the author for this post, I fell in-like with the tokidoki design when I saw a tokidoki Lesportsac bag at the duty free shop in Singapore. It’s sooo prrreeetttyyy and cuuuute!

Of course, since I have no ipod, asa pa. Pero it’s super cute so I just might consider buying an ipod and have the tokidoki iskin just to have the suuuper cute design in my eyesight everyday. Of course, I’m praying they also have a tokidoki iskin for creative players, but again, asa. Oh, geez I forgot, it’s 2k to haveyour ipod “skinned”.
