    I always see their ad on the Sunday classifieds… and I’m actually interested to take classes. I need more web design exposure -  in dlsu we had graphics/web design subjects, but seriously,  that’s very much antiquated because I remember editing my photos on Adobe Photoshop 5, and coding my html on NOTEPAD. tell me if that ain’t jurassic enough?

    Ang mura lang, P1,999. and forever na ata yung promo nila. When I visited their site, I didn’t see any information on web-graphic training, but instead found call center training.. so… ewan. One thing that’s stopping me also is the distance… anu ba… TIMOG.  Pero, let’s see. I still have to do my research. Will update this post if I find anything new.

    nakita ko rin to, balak ko rin sanang mag enrol, kaso d ko sure dahil ung sa site n nkita ko outsourcing sila ng mga call center agents :)

    @Pat & Darby – tawagan ko siguro sila this week to check, pero sabi ng aking butihing boypren, kung yan daw ang klase ng graphics na ginagawa nila (pertaining to the ad) wag na daw ako magbalak HEHE. Pero what the heck right? 2k?!?! pwede na din, pero again, ill check curriculum muna. Will update!

    mukang ok nmn ung training kaso sa aug 18 p ako mag start.. pero totoo nga itong training n to.. kaso wala n ung promo nila and back to 4,500 again kase hanggang july 23, lng ung promo.. so kung gus2 nyu parin ung training n un pwede prin nmn mag enroll, presidents tower malapit sa GMA network center along timog avenue.. check nyu sa google map it will help :)

    i see.. last mar pa pala ung ad. i saw their ad and till now, extended and promo na yan, Its 4k daw ang normal pricing nila in their training. They have in jobstreets.com.ph din. nag enroll ako, i saw na call center field talaga and lugar, but i saw the night shift student, talaga meron. but the teaching, dont know. bahala ko, basic lang din naman habol ko, not bad in 2000 pesos for 2 weeks. thanks a lot. tita mo si vilma? hehe.. ntawa naman ako. ^_^

    Nag-inquire ako today over the phone. P1999 nga yung promo rate (parang every week lumalabas ito, July 30 yung latest registration deadline for the promo), P4500 ang regular fee.

    Three shifts yung classes: 9am-1pm, 2-6pm & 6:30-10:30pm. So, upon registration, mga 3 weeks after pala ang start ng classes kasi sabi ng isang poster Aug. 18 ang start niya after the July 23 deadline.

    Anyways, it’s worth a try for P1999, whatever the quality of the course. From MRT GMA-Kamuning station, mga 4 blocks away daw along Timog Av., you can take Arayat jeep going to President Tower. Medyo malayo lang from Makati.

    They having their promo again. Now for Only P2, 199 Only. Compare to other training schools. Its really cheap. P500 downpayment is accepted.

    Pumunta na rin ako sa place nila. Maliit lang ang lugar. They assure me for their hands on training.

    It’s generally not ok. I attended the training last year (November) and we weren’t taught a lot of the things in the outline (including one whole software that was supposed to be part of the training). I learned more by watching tutorials on the net. This is not recommended especially for those who do not have background in graphic design or worse, no background in computer. It’s quite Ok if you live near and you have bucks to spare but if you live like in Pasay, the time and effort is not worth it.

    Another thing: I surveyed and the key factor is the teacher talaga. Our class started at 6:00pm. I heard the morning classes were taught better than those from our shift. Anyway, it’s still your decision to make. Good luck.

    Wow don’t bother about considering it. The school is such a mess. It was a graphic school but I guess this school is poor enough to produce an impressive set of portfolio for its students to drool over. I went their place & it sucks. What was shown to me is a piece of crap piece of paper with all the erasures that you could probably imagine. You won’t be impressed at all. The add says its near MRT GMA Kamuning its way way far. Even if they would give the training for free I wont bite it. What they offer is only CS3 based Adobe series. Very Jurassic! Guys its CS5 now. I suggest you find other decent schools. I suggest you visit http://nexusph.com/index.html definitely far more reliable at almost the same price.

    I saw the ads of nexus and i search it in web ganda at simple lang ung pag kakagawa so it be better to be enroll here di tulad sa new field wala nga sila sariling website diba?same lang din naman ng prices.Ako kasi habol ko lang is matuto ng web at graphics then apply na!

    So scam po siya? Baka style nila is ung promo at may deadline so maengganyo ka talaga mag avail dahil sa savings pero di pa rin sya worth? Yung sis ko kasi gusto rin iavail worth 2.5k daw at bukas na ang last day eh..

    try nyo http://www.pcci.com.ph. certified sila sa adobe yung gumagawa ng photoshop, flash at dreamweaver. nag take ako ng training dun nung 2000 pa, magaling yung training at adobe certificate ang ibinigay. medyo mahal lang nga, pero sulit ang training. at totoong walking distance sa mrt (magallanes)

    hindi ko lam kung scam na talaga to. i enrolled last july 30 and my sched was supposed to start last sept.25. i can’t enrol in the 2-wk class because of my work so i wanted the saturday night class. however, they kept postponing my schedule every week because they said they lack trainees. they need at least 10 per class. i was so disappointed because my schedule at work changes every quarter so i called them if i could transfer to another class. because my new day off now starting this november is sunday, i chose the sunday class at 2pm. the class is supposed to start today, nov28, but i received a text yesterday informing me that it was moved again on dec.5. this is so frustrating because there are some stuff i need to set aside everytime i am supposed to have my class but they just keep postponing it just a day before. i’m now doubting them because if the fees are that cheap, then, why would they lack trainees? from the text i received yesterday, it said New Phoenix. why the sudden change of name? so i tried calling their landline nos. and they seem to be disconnected. so this morning, i bought a manila bulletin newspaper to check their ad. and it indeed is New Phoenix now, same promo, same address but different phone numbers… so now, knowing about the other’s comments, i’d probably look for another training center. 2000 might go to waste but i don’t want to be spending my time and effort anymore, considering i live and work in makati.

    YUP.. they changed the name of it. Kasi hindi na maganda ang reputation nila. I used to be one of their employees as a trainer pero hindi talaga maganda ang system. I was with them for more than a year. yung price na 1999 is not stable… they keep on changing the price. nagkakaroon kasi ng comparison ang mga students. palabas lang na may promo sila pero wala naman talaga… specially yung location nila sa 5th flor ng President Tower… hindi maayos… the owner, JAY LOPEZ, is a scammer. so guys be carefull. Nag ooffer na rin sila ng training para sa gusto magkaroon ng sariling call center.

    my friends are already enrolled at new phoenix for web training and FULLY PAID but they postponed it due to lack of trainees. it is suppose to restart tomorrow but all their contact numbers can’t be reached. we can completely recall the face of Maricel, the lone secretary and the only staff you can find in that office. they didn’t issue an official receipt.

    ay naku..nag enroll ako jan…its a total waste of time…para lang akong pumasok na ako din mismo ang nagturo sa sarili ko.ung instructor ay programmer hindi graphic artist.sa mga nagbabalak ay naku humanap na lang kau ng mas reliable na school khit medyo mahal matututo ka naman…

Wag na kayong pumunta dito kasi aksaya lang sa oras niyo. Ung may ari si JAY LOPEZ scammer at manloloko sa mga employees niya at mga prospective students/customers.     hey guys if you’re planning to enroll here, DON’T :) you’re just wasting your time and money. Well hindi talaga siya around 5k.. sinasabi lang na may promo for you guys to grab it. i was a former front desk officer and we’re the ones who need to make “bola” sa mga nagiinquire. so i know. it’s not worth it. plus the fact na asshole yun may-ari. hay may karma din naman. bahala na si Lord sa mga niloko mong tao. so sana kayo guys wag nang magpaloko :) ok!
