I need calcium for my bones and teeth and lots of antioxidants, even if i’m not planning to grow THAT old.
and it’s been awesome.
Observations:
Just because I haven’t been eating meat doesn’t mean I’ve lost a lot of weight. I did lose a few, but not as much as I wanted or expected. I think it’s because of this iced green tea I’ve been drinking.. or heck because I’ve been hooked on mint truffles the last few weeks….. hmmmm.
I’ve been on a fish/veggies diet for the past 10 days.
Ok so I’ve cheated twice – once, I forgot I was eating sausage mcmuffin, and the other, I ate 1 tiny piece of hotdog in jollibee spaghetti. Seriously, these fast food joints = women in red to men. Been tracking it as well on traxier
