been getting so many stupid stupid text messages from scammers who’re asking for load, claiming familial ties “abroad” (i did the unthinkable – i replied with “kakarmahin ka din” which I highly discourage because it’ll only prompt them to flood you with text messages from different numbers) .

first of all, I do not have relatives in the US/Canada or wherever who would text me in the middle of the day and ask for load.. and I don’t really text my relatives abroad… using my phone nor do they text me using theirs… we use chikka!

2nd, I abhor text speak “d2 na aq”. annoys the hell out of me.

and 3rd, I’ve reported you to Globe (I’m not really sure if they’re doing ANYTHING to stop this nonsense – I mean they have customers getting scammed – mostly the oldies who don’t know any better).

it gets weirder…. the last few days, I’ve been getting phone calls from certain numbers and every time I answer, it just hangs up. Not just one number but similar looking numbers. I have 3 theories:

1. Aliens out to get me! but why? I’m not exactly the poster child for my kind you know.

2. Possibly related to the people behind those “roaming” numbers.

3. Marketing tactic of this site: http://whocallsme.com. They make weird phone calls to everyone. Receiver googles the exact number and ends up on their site – bingo! traffic and a possible click on a google ad = $$$

I remember telling myself and even writing it down here that I’m letting go of all my angst, anger, pain, etc acquired in 2009. TURNS OUT, it was to prepare myself for all the CRAP, ANGST, PAIN of JANUARY 2010. Sort of emptying myself for things to come. Arg. Great. Just when I was making headway.

You can never have too much good stuff happening in your life after all. And when that realization comes down on you like an airplane 2 seconds from disaster, all you can do is stare; mesmerized… and kaboom.

Now whether you laugh or cry in helplessness is up to you. I choose the former.

I cannot understand the statement… replica watches are absolute duplicates of the original ones which makes them so much different…whaat?? hey i thought they were absolute duplicates? cmon, grammar nazi here. if you wanna start spouting your engrish at me, you had better a. sound funny and make me laugh, or 2. get your act together and do grammar check on ms word.

3. I haven’t blogged for more than a month! so many things have happened, but I guess I’m just not ready to tell. My spirit is healing though, so maybe soon?

because i am gullible. here are the signs (based on the video..)

1. Watch hands – people tend to touch face and scratch nose when lying

2. Tend to blink a lot and don’t maintain eye contact

3. Liars avoid pronouns and skip contractions (i DID NOT..instead of i didn’t.. use full name instead of he or she)

4. Liars smile with just their mouths – people who are telling the truth use many facial muscles

5. Folded Arms, or putting an object between them (like a cup of coffee)

6. Pause momentarily before responding

7. If they provide more details than usual

8. Relieved when you change the subject

this is so sad…. drei, whenever i get the urge to buy a new pair of shoes that i absolutely don’t need… remind me

it’s not a sin to be rich, or have the extra money to spend on things,but I’m hoping to be known for my generosity rather than the number of shoes or branded bags I have in the closet. too much is just too much.
