Who doesn’t love em? Really, when I’m too lazy to cook, I just slice up some cheese, slap some tomatoes and put it in the toaster in between slices of bread (or I sometimes take delight in open faced sandwiches) and voila.. quick fix for a lazy couch potato like me.

Now I stumbled upon this site with their 10 delicious variations of the grilled cheese sandwich. As part of my ongoing campaign “to become wife-material in 3 years”, I’ve put it upon myself to try out these 10 within the next few weeks. Since I’ll only be here til the 15th, that gives me a lot of time to make a mess of myself in the kitchen at home. I’m particulary fond of the apple + cheese combo (since it’s the easiest one haha) and will try it out tonight (if I still have time).
